Movement has always been my number one outlet. From the time I started training around 12 years old, physical activity has always brought out the best in me, physically, mentally, and emotionally. It is the foundation of my work ethic, it has made me results oriented, it has afforded me the opportunity to connect with people that without it, I likely never would have.
From being the team captain of a Division I Football Team, to competing in Crossfit competitions, a Half-Marathon (Marathon coming in 2022), an Ironman 70.3, to a Hyrox Fitness competition, I have a wealth of experience in movement of all different types. I know what I enjoy, and I know what I don't. I also know what works well for my body, and what does not.
My mission is to help YOU have this same experience. Everyone is different, and what works for me may not necessarily be what works for you. The beauty of this process is that we get to work together to find out what it is that works for you.
